Cancellation/Change Policy

Tamalpais Tutoring's policy for cancelling or changing appointments is:

Students or parents must provide 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or a change in appointment date and/or time. If the cancellation or change is made after this time frame, the full price of the tutoring session will be charged.

Please understand that we require this notice because it allows the tutor time to fill the vacant session and therefore help another student.

We recognize that the coronavirus pandemic can impact tutoring sessions in unique ways. Please review our policy.
